***IMPORTANT NOTICE GOVERNMENT ADVICE***
For your safety our team will always wear a mask when they need to see you, we also ask for the safety of our vulnerable patients, and safety of the medical team, we ask you also please wear a face mask (if you have access to one) when you attend the Surgery. If you do not have access to a face covering the Practice will provide you with one. For children old enough to understand, and are willing to wear a covering this would also be greatly appreciated. Babies will not be required to wear a mask or face covering.
