To use the service you have to be registered with surgery and you will need the following:
- Our Practice ID number
- your Personal Identification Number (PIN)
- your Password
- your NHS number
Please come to the surgery in person and speak to the receptionists. You will be given a registration letter with your unique registration details that you should keep safe.
Please note; you will not be able to order any medication that is not on repeat, or leave any messages.
